Did not understand this computer. I consider myself to be a little bit tacky as I am able to figure out several IT issues at a busy office. The first thing I do with a new computer is make sure that Windows is up-to-date. For the security. However this computer would not allow you to do so. It stated that the administrator did not allow it to be updated. Amazon sent me a replacement. Had the same issue. I found it to be very strange. Second computer also was returned.I ended up spending more and buying a laptop that let me do the Windows security updates.

BEWARE of this computer, understand what you are buying. No number to call for technical support, does not come with with windows ID number which the computer asks for when you want to change settings like automatically update windows. I Sent it back which Amazon did with no problems.

Great laptop for a fraction of the price! Fast speed and great picture. The camera isn't the best - but an additional camera is worth it! I bought this laptop after a name brand laptop, for almost double the price, was too slow. Great buy!

Screen is vivid, operating system runs well, comes with Microsoft Office Suite, and is easy to setup and go. My only complain is the screen brightness doesn't seem to change at all, regardless of if it's all the way down or up which is a little annoying when working later. Same goes for night setting. Lightweight, fast, no other complaints. I would buy it again.

This computer is very light and starts up at a super fast speed. It is very suitable for my husband to use when he is working. It is also suitable for children to take online lessons

The Laptop looks nice and is very lightweight. It came neatly packaged and the speed is fast.Unfortunately, I had to return it because I needed it to teach online. The camera quality is not good and was dark as well as blurry. I connected my USB camera to it (Papalock Portable Camera), which has a beautiful clear picture. However, I could not get my portable camera to work with the laptop. If you do not need the camera, then this laptop may work well for you.

When I received the laptop MS Office was installed but not activated. Amazon told me to contact 002trade directly to resolve the issue. 002trade worked with me until I was able to activate Office. They provided clear instructions on exactly what I needed to do in the multi step process. They really demonstrated that they care about their customers and work hard to see that the customer is satisfied. Well done!! I will use them again.

Not worth it. This laptop does not boot into windows, it only goes to an EFI command prompt, typing exit only goes into BIOS. No phone number for tech support. Tried sending them a message through Amazon 3 days ago, but haven't heard back. It did say it may take a couple days for a response. However, we just find this to be extremely inconvenient. What am I supposed to do with a brand new computer that won't start and no contact information to get ahold of them directly? I'm in the process of a return. I've ordered a new one from somewhere else.
