Powerful and light weight
This is the 3rd XP3 13 I have in the last 10 years. Reliable and light weight. Has only USB-C ports but comes with a USB-C /USB adaptor.

Laptop great - charger not correct!
The laptop itself is great. Charging plug was not UK/UAE friendly so cannot be used!

Laptop hanging/freezing with no option rather than press the power button
randomly it gets freeze and no actions are accepted like the OS and laptop stopped working, ctrl-alt-del doesn't workand no option to work again other than press the power button for a couple of seconds and restart the OS which lost all my unsaved work!!tried to contact Dell, however, Amazon does not provide a warranty so they can not help with this, when searched around the same issue reported by a lot of users with the same version. could need a motherboard replacement...do not recommend Dell products in general.

Battery Problem
This is an issue in the battery, unfortunately the charge decreases dramatically.
