From which bible version are the cards from: i want nkjv. thanks ;-)

I am almost certain (tho not 100% they are from the KJV).  Mine is at home, where i can't see it right now.  However, I grew up with this wonderful DAILY reminder of the imporatance of God's Word sitting right there on our dinner table....and for that very reason, have given it to SEVERAL friends and family over the years.  Whatever version you use, God's eternal truth still shines forth.

Question 2

Is the loaf boxed?  I want them for gifts.  How many do you have?

I love the concept and enjoy my Daily Bread box, HOWEVER I would be reluctant to give this as a gift to anyone but a "seasoned" Christian -- that is, a Christian who already knows the Bible pretty well -- due to the typos. The first typo I came across was a pretty bad one. It says, "The Lord is night unto all them that call upon Him. PSALM 145:18" -- when of course is SHOULD say God is nigh (as in present with or near) rather than night (which sounds very doom and gloom indeed). One person said the print is too small. I disagree with that, but will say for the elderly and such who need larger print it may be too small of print. Besides those considerations I LOVE this little box of scripture verses, and would not have bought it at all had it not been the King James Version. Hopefully the company can get an American Christian proofreader to make any corrections before they make anymore batches. But shoot, if this is helping Chinese Christians I would like to know that too -- in which case I could just correct them all myself before giving as gifts!

Do the cards come with the box or are they sold separately?

Hi Audrey, yes, they are double sided.  There are 120 cards - 240 Scripture promises.  I failed to articulate that in my first response.  Sorry about that!

can you buy this product in modern language? if yes, where? i like this, but the language is rather antiquated and a little difficult to read

Yes, this is the KJV Bible. I think you can buy others like this, but as far as I know they do not make s NIV type in this model. Tony
