Although the package arrived in a timely matter the paint tube was opened already. The minute I took the lid off the tube the paint started pouring out. Please contact me on this matter so we can resolve the issue.

it does *not* fade or lose luminous qualities over time or in light like manufacture claims
this is a blacklight reactive paint, (neon) all of them are the brightest medium ive found my many years of doing it. it does *not* fade or lose luminous qualities over time or in light like manufacture claims. i dont even wanna paint with anything else!
