Best addition for the price.
Works great locally in the small Arizona town of Lake Havasu City. Yet to try off-road or out of town.

GPS
This product is so not user friendly. It doesn't talk to you until you're right at your turn. It is hard to navigate & place destinations in for navigation (direction booklet isn't of much help either). The only positive thing I can say about this product is the size of the screen is much bigger than our one we were using & the price seemed right . If I could send it back I would ( it would have helped if there were more ratings listed when we bought it)!

What I expected for price
Large screen, easy navigation, repeated turns multiple times prior to actual exit/road exchange. Placement of cords is on the side instead of the bottom of the display screen.. only downfall. Brackets held the GPS but the screen kept tilting as we traveled. Couldnt keep braket tight enough to not move. All in all though was satisfied with the product for the price paid. Ow my daughter in Colorado can always find her way back to Ohio.

Terrible on/off/power management design
Cons:If you get this device there are a few bugs/oddities you'll have to deal with...The 'back' button is in different places, in different forms, no consistency. This device ONLY turns on when it starts charging. The only button it has does nothing to turn it on. If the device is fully charged, then it won't turn on when you plug it in. You have to wait for the battery to drain to turn it on, and this may be a few hours. Good thing this doesn't normally fully charge, to do so you may have to manage turning it OFF while plugged in, like when you finish a trip, it'll ask you if you want to turn it off. If you do so, be sure to unplug it so it doesn't fully charge, and you can turn it back on again without waiting. To visit the website to update maps, Javascript has to be turned OFF. (Also, be sure to read directions on how to update it.)The suction cups don't really work. Most spots it didn't work at all, the spots I found that did work, the device would fall down a minute or so later. The device might be too large for some to easily claw grip top/bottom of it.No turn by turn directions list, or at least I didn't find them.Pros:This is much faster than my old Garmin (that has a map that expired like 6 years ago or so.)Free lifetime updates. (some devices out there don't offer this)Well, the stuff it advertises, of courseYour choice of road announcers, some of which can read the street names.

Extra large view
Much better than cell phone! I can actually see what I need to. Great opinion fir low vision person. Eyes don't get tired as fast due to larger view.

No updates
First time I tried to use this GPS it did not have the address. Have never been able to use it. Asked for update location never heard back. Not worth the money.

Awesome GPS
I ordered this GPS Navigation System after mine (that was really old) would no longer update. I love the touchscreen and updated graphics. It's screen is a great size to see. It has all kinds of different features that are very useful. I love this navigation system.
