Evolution Power Tools 230BLADEST Steel Cutting Saw Blade, 9-Inch x 48-Tooth

As stated in the heading this was used on R355CPS Evolution Saw and cut through heavy wall Tube like butter! The Tube was .250" wall 1.25" Aluminum tubing, and it cut through it like butter. If you are looking for a blade for Aluminum and need clean cuts, then this is the blade. Keep in mind that the blade is a 14" blade with a 1" diameter arbor so make sure that your saw will take this size blade and that it is designed for use with a saw RPM up-to 1600 rpm as shown in the attached picture off of the Evolution Power Tools 14BLADEAL Aluminum Cutting Saw Blade, 14-Inch x 80-Tooth blade.

I got the 7" aluminum cutting blade to cut down some roller shades (aluminum cassette, tube, and bottom rails), and this blade did the job beautifully. Cuts were clean and square, and barely left any burrs. They were as good as factory cuts. As a result of the clean cuts, the material did not heat up and I didn't have to worry about melting of plastic/vinyl materials.My miter saw (and most saws I've had/used) has a 5/8" arbor, as would most North American-made saws in this size/class (8-10"), so the 20mm arbor presented a minor challenge. Fortunately, when the hole is too big, you can simply use an adapter to give you a smaller hole. 20mm to 5/8" arbor reduction adapters are readily available for purchase, or in my case I 3D-printed one.This blade is well worth the price and a worthwhile investment, as having the right tool now, I can save my other blades, and retire use of my chop saw with grinding disc.

Los discos de Evolution son buenísimos al igual de los discos Diablo de Freud.

Después de perder el filo de los dientes los volví a afilar y quedó con buen desempeño.Muy recomendable.
