Is this polyester resin

No it is not polyester resin. It is epoxy with a 5 to 1 ratio, and cures extremely hard. Polyester should not be used on a repair below the water line. Epoxy will not allow water to absorb into the repaired area.

can I use this to fix lamination on my RV side walls

Worked great for me rebuilding the wall sandwich (fiberglass, thin ply, foam board,,,) after water delamination.

Can you do inside of bathtub with this?
