Outstanding product, my 2nd one.
My 2nd one like this... bought the 1st one at Wal-Mart but they were out this season and I found it here. They DO NOT LEAK, which in turn doesn't draw the wasps and ants. The fact that you have three different ways to use it gives a lot of leeway and choice as to where you want to have your birds. You can use the suction cup ring holder (had mine up the entire season last year and it never fell off, but it must be applied to clean glass to begin with) you can use the hanger hook, and it will also sit on a ground stake. The latter might tend to get ants in your feeder, haven't used it, don't plan to. But the hanger and suction cup work great.

The versatility plus no leak saucer design at a price point of around $10 makes this hummingbird feeder a winner.
Based on the fact there are so many varied designs of hummingbird feeders out there to choose, it's obvious there doesn't seem to be a perfect hummingbird feeder. But this feeder, for my money, and it doesn’t take much money to purchase this feeder ($10 more or less), this may just be that perfect feeder, at least for me. It’s simple design makes it very easy to open and close, which is required on a frequent schedule to fill, empty and clean, and it won’t leak since it’s a saucer design rather than relying on vacuum to keep the water solution in place. I have four of these feeders. I also have several other styles which have been used over the years but due to problems ranging from leaking, cracking, hard to open, birds never used, etc., they are in a box now or were thrown away as they became defective. The feeder’s design allows it to be: 1) attached to a window (via a suction cup mount); 2) suspended from a short hanging rod (6 inches overall); or 3) placed on stake or pole. I have never even attempted to use the window suction cup mount. Honestly, this method of mounting doesn’t look practical so can’t comment on this method and will leave that specific mounting method to be commented on by others. I initially used the provided hanging rod because it’s so simple, and never once had a problem with that method. Over time though I changed to using the method of mounting the feeder on a stake or rod exclusively, not because of problem but for other reasons. This was done because I enjoy taking photographs of hummingbirds and didn’t like seeing the hanging rod which seemed to be in far too many images. By mounting the feeder on a stake, you stand a better chance of getting a clean shot of just the hummingbirds as they fly or hover over the feeder’s three fake flower orifices. The feeder comes with three sections of lightweight tubing (3 X 6”), one fitting into another which is meant to be used as the stake to suspend the feeder. I have never used the provided three sections of tubing, having made my own method of suspending the feeder on top of a shepherd's crook with great effectiveness. This was done by welding a stud or stob on top of the arch of the crook, which holds the feeder in place at a height of four to five feet off the ground. (see attached image) This makes for a stable platform which is also easy to move around the yard to get better light for photography or just to see the birds better. Maybe because of the height of the shepherd's crook, but I’ve never had a problem with ants on or in the feeder. This stake pocket creates a lot of possibilities in how and where you can use this feeder and is the primary reason I like it so much.Regarding the bottom of the saucer where the stake or rod is inserted. It is essentially a recessed tapered pocket molded into the bottom of the saucer. The depth of the pocket is just under an inch and the opening is approximately ½ inch wide, which tapers slightly inward to create a snug fit.Another thing I like is the saucer doesn't hold a lot of water. I change it fairly often especially when it get hot. It holds a cup or less of water.A small but important detail worth mentioning regarding the hanging method: The hooked hanging rod is metal as you might expect. That metal rod screws into the top of the feeder. The threaded piece that receives the hanging rod is brass which is pressed into the top of the feeder. This might not seem like a big deal but that small detail of using a brass bushing is what prevents rust from eventually rendering the feeder useless when using the hanging rod. I will include an image of the pressed brass bushing. The 3-way versatility plus no leak saucer design at a price point of around $10 makes this hummingbird feeder a winner.

It's... pretty good?
Update 5/24/16 - adding an additional star (from 3 to 4). This feeder has remained stuck to my window for over a week now, and the birds seem perfectly happy feeding at it, so I am now a believer! After years of searching for the perfect hummingbird feeder... I still haven't found it. This thing is pretty good, and well priced, and has a nice quality feel. I love that there are three different ways to install it, and that's what sold me on it initially. It's probably going to depend a lot on your yard conditions which way is best for you. I initially tried this feeder on the included stake. I have a plant stand with all of my herbs in it, so I stuck it in there. Within a few hours, my little raised garden was filled with ants, so that was a no-go for me. Next, I tried this on my window. This is originally why I bought it, but when I first installed it, I couldn't get the suction cup to stay put. I tried the packing tape trick that another reviewer had suggested, but it's been raining for weeks here, and after 4 or 5 days, the tape released and dropped this feeder into my plants again (more ants). Luckily it landed in some dirt, because I am pretty sure this thing would shatter if it fell 5' onto concrete. It's pretty brittle plastic. I think hanging this thing from a hook would probably work pretty well, but I already have a hanging feeder that I'm pretty happy with, so I don't need that option. The other thing I wonder about with this feeder is how full you have to keep it for the birds to be able to reach it. I don't know how long hummingbird tongues are, but this thing is about an inch deep, so if it's only half full, the fluid is half an inch down. On most bottle-style feeders gravity pushes the fluid up to the surface of the flowers no matter how full it is, so that it is easy for the birds to access. This is really more like a dish with a lid. I don't know if this is really a problem, I haven't googled the science behind it, but I do worry that it's torturing them to know that that sweet, sweet sugar water is so close, but just out of reach. I'm currently trying this on the window again ( stuck the suction cup up for a few days to form a vacuum before adding the feeder) and worry that filling this all the way will make it too heavy to continue to stick to the window. I'll keep experimenting with the best way to install this feeder. It is clearly high quality, and offers a lot of options, which I love, but it is not the end all and be all that I had hoped it would be.

Great window feeder for the price!
Have been using this feeder for several weeks and received another one today. The Anna's humming birds started feeding at it within two days. There are two larger feeders in my yard, but we've had a freezing issue at night this year, Pacific NW. Need to bring the feeders in at night or unfreeze them in the morning, so wanted to try a window feeder. This attached easily to my window and doesn't freeze. It was around 25 last night. Like that feeder has several ways to use, hanging, suction cup, and a pole to stick in planters, etc. Easy to clean too. In fact, there is a hummer at the feeder right now. Can actually see his tongue go in the water. It has no ant trap like my larger feeder, but not a concern for me. This is a plastic feeder and prefer glass. Think it would be almost impossible to manufacture in glass. Feel like it is a excellent feeder for the price.

Great hummingbird feeder, easy to clean and birds LOVE it!
This is a wonderful bird feeder! The hummingbirds were using it minutes after installation. They sit on the perch and take their time looking around between sips. It is sooo cute and portable! It is also easy to clean. We are using the suction cup function and it doesn’t make a mess on windy days. The bottom screws off easily and you can clean and replace it in minutes. We tied a little string to the balcony because we were concerned about some of the reports that the suction cup would not hold, but it is a very big suction cup and it holds very securely — if you get a bad suction cup, it may be worth getting a replacement unit because when it works, it works really well. We love sitting in the living room and birdwatching!

Good quality feeder
I only use the hook-hanging option for this feeder which works as required, however the window suction or pole in the ground options both look sturdy enough to work well. This feeder is really easy to clean, is small enough to not use up all your sugar at every nectar change. I love the flat top as I can always see the birds as they come to drink, no nectar bottle to block my line of sight.

Missing feeder flower!!
Arrived missing one of the three yellow flowers - it was just an open hole. Unfortunately the packaging for the feeder doesn't cover the whole item so if something falls off, there's no packaging to keep it from just disappearing.I purchased this as a replacement for an identical feeder, which fell without warning and cracked just a couple of months after I stuck it to my window. Considering how easily the flowers apparently get lost or broken, it would be nice if I could just buy replacement flowers.I submitted for a return and opted for a replacement item but they just refunded the purchase, which is irritating since the listing still appeared as "in stock". Really disappointing.FYI: the flowers themselves are different than pictures (5 petals, not 3) which would have looked nicer than the picture had all three flowers actually been included.

A window suction cup that actually works
Suction cups are notorious for not sticking. The suction cup for this product is large and works wonderfully. The feeder volume is ample, since we throw so much fluid away with the 12 oz and larger feeders.I subsequently ordered a couple more of these feeders, and unfortunately, one of them had some missing plastic flowers. I'd seen from previous reviews that this can happen, but Amazon makes it right very easily. I simply re-boxed the feeder with the missing flowers, affixed the postage paid sticker from Amazon, and sent it back. The replacement feeder came 3 days later. Problem solved.
