Q: How would you secure it to the front seat? I'd like to use it to keep my bag from flying forward.

There are a couple of loops in the back through which you could threat a strap but the organizer doesn't come with one. Mine just sits on the seat and I haven't had a problem with it flying forward, even with a couple of hard stops. I have cloth seats, so this might be more of an issue with leather or vinyl seats.

Q: Does this have a sturdy cardboard type bottom?

There is no cardboard bottom. The fabric is a little heavier. I have mine sitting on the hump in front of the front seat. Actually if it was a ridgid bottom, I think it would have a tendancy to slide around. Mine stays in place and I have it filled with maps, wipes, flashlight and other miscellaneous items. It works great for me.

Q: Will this fit in the center console of a Honda Pilot 2019?

I don't think so. If the pilot is made like the crv's; there's no room at all. I set mine on the middle on floor of the next row of seats. You can reach it perfect from the front. I love mine.

Q: What country is this made in?

Probably China. Everything is made in China. Not my fault. The only way I could get one that was "Made in the USA" would a cardboard Amazon box...and that may be kinda iffy.
