Is there a difference in product between model numbers tw30-1812-50d, tw30-1812-50, and tw30-1812-50 gpd tfc?

Not really, they are all the same size and 50 gpd membranes. Different companies have different part numbers for them. The D on one is for dry pack, in which almost all are dry pack you will see. There are some wet pack but you do not see them often. Both are the same and work the same. The tfc just means thin film composite in which all these are the same, they are tfc

Dow website shows only "tw30-1812-50hr". this one is missing "hr". what is the difference ?

I am not positive but I believe the last digit is the maximum flow rate of the RO in gallons per hour.

The tw30-1812-50 will produce 50 gpd (gallons per day) of filtered water. The other is rated to filter 36 gpd. These are not interchangeable, as your system has to have a flow restrictor to match the flow specification of the membrane. There is a good explanation of this on www.waterfiltersonline.com.
