Received the package is top condition no issues there, but as I read the instructions I realized this is something usually done by professionals. If your doing your forehead you probably need some special goggles to keep your eyes safe because the water can drip down as you apply it! The first time I used this, i was freaked out by warnings not to go past 3 mins. There were absolutely no results. Lame. I had bought an elf brush for $1 and use it to apply this solution exclusively A few days later, I looked deep into these reviews and youtube and saw you can go up to 10 to 12 mins. So i did. With in that week my skin was noticeably brighter, and my age spots on my forehead were faded dramatically. One month later ( in the late summer) it was time to take care of the summer skin damage that may have gathered on my skin (even tho I hide from the sun). It did brighten my skin on my face dramatically, which is nice. However, i'm 35, and do notice the slight aging on my neck skin. I want it to be bright, and tight. I left the solution on for 12 mins and no difference. Also, in leaving my face go for 12 mins, the tip of my nose got a bit burnt, and had started to sting and bleed.
