Not too good!
I have the jaguar came from this company, it is beautiful, the head, the wood the shaft, lovely, proud to be seen with it, but alas, this 'Raven' cane is bad!Tip and wood are not finished to a high standard, the bird looks more like a penguin than a Raven?Alas......My first experience with this company - a delight, beautiful Jagusr cane.My second - very poor!!A shame because I have more canes from said company in my basket, but what am I to do?Delight, or Dismay????

Caught black handed
Lovely cane.... If only it didn't stain my hands black! Even after cleaning it with sword Polish which is designed to clean of rust in all getting stained hands. Rather annoying really.

Packaged in broken state and sent to me that way
This was really odd. The cane arrived and the handle and stick were wrapped separately and then put into the same long box. The 2 pieces were packaged as if the handle was meant to be assembled, except that the handle piece was clearly snapped off below the join. So whoever wrapped it for shipping should have noticed it was broken. It seems like it would have been a nice piece otherwise, but shipping in this broken state made no sense.

Not like picture
Does not look like picture, the crow looked made of metal but it is some sort of carved soapstone.The rubber part at the end of the cane broke after 10 minutes of big used. If you decide in purchasing order extra rubber parts.This item only had one review which had 5 stars so I expected a better product
