I am sure this product is fine. I have not installed it yet, but my box was not even taped..

This is great quality and exactly what I needed to get my renovation bathroom back to modern and beautiful. Super well made and very solid and fit exactly to my measurements, that is rare. Was easy to install, but it also comes with a clear manual for those who are new to this. Has very smooth movement and great water pressure and was a very good price for the quality.
