A Provence guide without Nimes? Seriously?
The book is very well written as almost all Lonely Planet guides. But it's simply unforgivable the lack of Nimes, one of the most beautiful cities in the area.

Best book out there on this subject
As a former travel agent of 25 years, the lonely planet guides are really good. I also like plain old frommer and foder's for hotel recommendation especially, but again, based on the current books like Rick Steve's (sometimes he's a midwestern earnest drag, do NOT pay attention to him about cruising, yes it's ENOUGH of travel, as we were in Provence on a cruise for one day and now going back for a week. As an example, it gives you a taste, and I hated Rome the first time I was there a few days as a travel agent and even more now, graffeti and smells, but this book is straight on, it talked about towns in Provence we saw and even a few shops, essential book, I purchased for the library and will check it out for my trip next year.
