Got it plastically sealed, brand new. I was amazed that it was also part art book and I felt like it was a steal~ (unlike the Art of the Evil Within which has valued in the $500-$700 range) Monster stats are very helpful, especially on the ones you can't sneak kill and the lethality of the special types. Maps for every area with a legend pointing to the hidden collectables, but it does require work on your part to actually get to them; nothing too taxing but Evil Within 2 is following in the previous game's footsteps to be brutal and might not be worth fighting every single fight. Did I mention this game is OPEN WORLD?! This book is a must-have for collectionists, completionists, and fans of the series!
