Okay so I was really excited about these. Just got them this morning and I'll be updating the review according to battery use.1. The instructions are pretty unclear. For example they state to hold the power button for 3 to 5 seconds to connect to bluetooth. If you do this while they're on they'll turn off you need to do it immediately after turning on. Holding this button down ('open the key' in the manual) controls about 60 percent of the thing from answering calls to pausing songs and is also the on/off button. Oof.2. The bass is fine. These aren't Beats but they're much better than I was led to expect by the other reviews. In fact the bass is good even through my beanie (covering my ears) but I'm no bass junky, I don't really need to feel the vibrations in my brain stem. Fiancee is a music snob and can take bass that chatters my teeth and he says the bass is good.3. Comfort is high. I practically couldn't hear my son shouting at me from inches away. Be careful though the sound is entirely based on whatever your BT device's audio is set at when it's wireless and nearly blew my eardrums out when I connected it to my Samsung Galaxy S 9 which I use at high volume for my car and turn down in the vehicle. I find being able to hear songs with the headphones off even at medium volume is a cool feature not a bug. Tested on my fiancee and at the same volume I cannot hear the sound when he's wearing them. Volume buttons change the sound on your device (in my case the phone).4. NO ONE HAS MENTIONED THIS BUT IF YOU PLUG THE CORD IN THE 'WRONG' WAY THE SOUND IS MESSED UP. This is not a product issue. I'm not sure which was is the right way because there's no indication on the audio cable but when I plugged them in initially it sounded like trying to hear the songs through warbly glass. I made sure they were in tight but took them out and flipped the plug and it was fine. When you plug them in the headphones turn off (so the lights DO NOT WORK in wired mode) also if you're listening to music on a phone they switch from bluetooth volume control to media volume control.5. Love the customer service. Super prompt, super helpful. They've earned a loyal customer in me all things considered.6. Update: Listened all day and the battery hasn't dropped more than 10 percent. Veeeeery nice.7. Update: I bought and charged this and went on a trip in November where I used the headphones a lot and didn't recharge. Two months later (January) I turned them on and used them to discord chat with a friend for two hours and the battery still is not dead. Whoooo!

I have bought 2 of these, one late last year, but then the cord messed up and it started going in and out on me, but I liked the headphones themselves, so I bought them again, when I saw they said they had improved the cord, all that is different is it has a mic now, the cord is still horrible!They claim it won't get all tangled up, that's a lie, they will, sure if you stretch it out and keep running your clutched hand over the cord over and over again you can straighten it out again, but, plug it back in to say your laptop and within 30 minutes to at most an hour it is all twisted together again!I love the actual headphones themselves, but they need to make their cords a lot better, I don't bother with cordless ones because they don't work right for me usually, my brother paid $50 for a pair of Skull Candy for me that were cordless and they never worked, even his that cost more, he had to take back to the store to get a replacement because they kept messing up on him, sometimes working and other times not, so I won't bother with them! So I don't know how they do when cordless, plus I can't even try them because I lost the thing for charging them when I was moving from one place to another last year, so that is out of the question anyway!If I could find a good replacement cord then maybe everything would be fine, but most of these things won't let you use a different cord I have a really nice long one 10 or 15 feet, but it won't work with this, it goes in it, but you can't hear anything through them! If they're not going to make a good cord for it that REALLY doesn't twist up, then why can't they allow us to replace it with a cord that REALLY doesn't twist up?Like I said it's fine as far as the headphones themselves, but unless you just want to use the wireless part, it's not worth the money!Oh I actually got another pair of headphones but they are to use with a phone, though they don't work for mine, because my newer phone needs a larger jack then it has, they're from a company called Arama, they only make cell phone headphones, but, the cord on it is 100 times better then the one of these headphones, they don't twist or knot up even a bit, so you never have to mess with it trying to straighten it every 30 minutes! I just wish they made headphones like these too or better yet I wish those who makes this one would make their cords like Arama makes theirs!

These things sound amazing when I listen to music or play my games. 9/10 would recommend.

Bought these for my 6 year old step son for christmas and they are the longest thing he's ever used. Once he puts them on he is in his own world. Lights work really good.

Just received these headphones yesterday. They work well. Noise cancellation is good and battery life is great. They are very comfortable and fit well. The sound quality is good but sometimes the sound distorts a little. When plugging the mic in it turns Bluetooth off and the lights turn off. Lights are only for Bluetooth. The lights are also multicolored and I don't know if you can switch them to be just one color. The microphone also has to be connected from the headset to the computer so microphone is only for wired mode. So far, for the most part they work great and I really like them.

So 2 things about this headphones I dislike 1. If you touch the volume thing on the wire when using it, it will act like it disconnected till you touch it again (so never touch it) 2. The little mic windscreen will fall off alot it's a bit loose but there 3 things I love about this headphone 1. The sound in both ends amazing the mic with its windscreen sound very clear 2. You don't have to charge it at all with you using the wire (I stream gaming videos and had problems with my headphones dying on me like some Turtle Beach headphones even tho they wired headphone they died on you) and 3. The price for it not bad oh and bonus because it has a panda looking bear on it and my channel is panda gamer it was perfect (kinda wish to be sponsored dualpow lol)

1st the sound quality is 10 plus. I put these on and get away from this world. I see people moving their mouth but I don't hear them and I like that. Battery life. It depends on how you use it. I've gone 3 days or 76 hours without having to charge.
