Can you wear under a tight fitting sock (compression sock)? Injury is around the ankle and compression sock is needed for baseball

Yes that should be fine. The only issue I can see is you’ll have to bend it funny but try cutting it to make it wrap correctly so you don’t have uncomfortable wrinkles under the sock. I wear them under a compression sleeve on my leg/calf without issue.
