Doesn't have sugar, works great
Most of the other kinds, like Multi-Symptom, have some form of sugar in them, which is a laxative, at least for me. Why you'd want a laxative in your diarrhea medicine I don't know, especially one that tastes way to sweet. But I'd get this kind if I were you, unless you are one of those people that just can't swallow a pill.

I don't know why the packaging has to be so hard to open. I read one place it was okay to use scissors.

Was happy to have bought this exactly one month before I actually needed it. Will always keep it in my first aid kit. Would give it 5 stars but the blister packs are too difficult to open by hand without scissors.
