After 7 months, this vacuum is BROKEN.It does not clean effectively. It cannot go over slight room transitions. It does not follow the no go zones, and hits floor mirrors, gets caught in carpets and rugs.The customer service team were not helpful, despite having pictures to prove the above, they refused to give a refund and have recommended a less superior vacuum, as a replacement. They were rude and not very understanding at all.

I was previously a Eufy 11c owner and had been using this for almost 2 years so thought it was time for an upgrade. I didn't do my homework unfortunately and first bought a Dyson 360 Heurist. I returned it within 24hrs for a full refund as it bashed into furniture and damaged my skirting boards. I am a dyson fan and was extremely disappointed with the Heurist so would definitely not reccomend it. Their customer service was good on the other hand as they immediately refunded me.After that I did do my homework and saw all positive reviews on the net for the 360 S9....and I discovered it mopped also. I was a bit dubious as not a brand I had heard of but thought I'd give it a chance as was so disappointed with dyson.My 360 S9 arrived yesterday and I was pleasantly surprised at the build quality. It feels robust and well put together and was easy to link to wifi and the app including alexa.The vacuuming picked up lots of dirt on what appeared to be a clean floor and I liked the feature where it recognised rugs and increased the suction power.It mopped the kitchen today and did a great job also. You can adjust the water flow to suit your needs and follow it in real-time on the 360 app.It draws a map of your room which is very accurate and you can set no go areas to keep it away from. It returns to where it left off before charging if it needs it but only used 5% of the battery on my kitchen and dining room.I have to say I am very impressed so far. It is expensive but worth the money in my opinion.I am yet to use it on carpets but if its as good as it is cleaning a thick rug then I will be even more impressed.Thoroughly recommended

Estoy muy contento con la compra. El robot quedó en un precio de 8500 pesos MX aproximadamente despues de los descuentos de diciembre 2020, pagas aproximadamente 1600 pesos MX de aduana. El envío tardo aproximadamente 15 días en llegar.Soy dueñod e un iLife V3 Pro, que actualmente está en 5000 pesos MX, por lo que por una diferencia de 3500 pesos, este 360 S9, lo supera por mucho!!COSAS POSITIVAS.1. Tanto el diseño, como el tamaño y las características generales estéticas son de primera, se siente un plástico muy resistente y de fabricación de calidad.2. La potencia de aspiración es excelente, aunque el ruido en la potencia máxima es muy parecido al de mi iLifeV3Pro en modo normal. La escobilla lateral hace un buen trabajo, pero la escobilla central cilíndrica es la que se lleva todo el crédito de limpieza, es excelente.3. El depósito para polvo puede estar sin limpiarse hasta por una semana y sigue aspirando bien. El depósito de agua es para 2 o 3 días. Yo le puse fabuloso con agua y queda muy bien. El trapo posterior con el que mopea se tiene que limpiar seguido, y puede durar algunos meses.4. La tecnología de ubicación y mapeo es fenomenal, realiza una limpieza y un mapa inicial, en las limpiezas posteriores va mejorando el mapa automáticamente, y va realizando limpiezas más eficaces por si misma. Ejemplo. La primera limpieza le tomo 72 minutos, la segunda tardo 40 min, las posteriores entre 25 y 30 min. El tiempo de limpieza es prácticamente suficiente para indicarle dar dos pasadas de limpieza (por qué se puede ajustar al robot que pase dos veces por las mismas áreas).5. La aplicación es una maravilla, puedes rastrear en tiempo real que hace tu robot, incluso fuera de casa. Si se atasca en algún lugar, te indica exactamente dónde está. Tienes muchas funciones. Puedes agregar múltiples tareas en diferentes horas. Puedes seleccionar un área de limpieza, limpiar cuartos en específicos y limpiar toda la casa. La traducción de la aplicación es buena.CONTRAS1. ES VERDAD!!! actualmente no funciona con Alexa! Tiene una skill pero no se conecta ni lo identifica. Con google home se conecta bien, pero únicamente puedes encender la aspiradora con la voz, realiza un aspirado y trapeo general de toda la casa, no puedes indicarle zonas ni cuartos en específico, tampoco modos, potencia o trapeo. Espero lo puedan solucionar en un futuro.2. He estado checando los repuestos de cepillos y filtros y están algo caros, únicamente los pude encontrar en Ali express en 950 pesos. Según la información el cepillo central y la escobilla lateral dura 6 meses. El filtro entre 6 y 8 meses. Existen videos en YouTube de como hacer el mantenimiento.En realidad es un aparato muy bueno. Estoy muy contento, lo recomiendo ampliamente.Envío foto del mapa que realizó en un principio y como terminó. Puedes separar áreas de colores y nombres personalizados.

Nach einigen Anlaufschwierigkeiten bin ich nun am Ende doch zufrieden. Kurz vorweg, als erstes wurde mir ein gebrauchter total verdreckter Saugroboter zugesendet. Ich weiß nicht was es für Leute gibt die einen Artikel in einem derartigen Zustand zurück senden? Nach dem ich nun einen neuen Robi bekommen habe ging es direkt ans auspacken und einstellen. Alles ist sehr verständlich und gut erklärt. Die Einstellungen gingen mir gut von der Hand. Nachdem die Räumlichkeiten gescannt waren ging es an die Einteilung und Errichtung von Sperrzonen ( muss man dann am Handy vergrößern )die sich aus der ersten Fahrt als Problem erwiesen haben. Die Saugleistung ist wählbar in drei Stufen wobei mir die mittlere reicht. Die Wischfunktion finde ich auch super (mach ich zwei mal die Woche) da wir einen Hund im Haushalt haben. Tierhaare nimmt er super auf und beim wischen gehen auch eingetrocknete Flecke weg. Ansonsten hat man die Option 2x reinigen. Alles in allem eine geniale Haushaltshilfe die einem Zeit spart und die man auch mal allein arbeiten lassen kann wenn alle Einstellungen sitzen. Von mir gibt es daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung. Als Tipp vielleicht noch dies, vor dem Wischen das Tuch schon mal unter dem Wasserhahn anfeuchten um so ein gleichmäßiges Wischergebnis von Anfang an zu erhalten. Mittlere Wassermenge in der Einstellung war bei mir auf Fließen ideal.

Según la web del fabricante el robot se integra con Alexa. Es falso: Al menos para España no hay skill de Alexa disponible y aunque Google Home me ha reconocido el dispositivo, siempre da error de que el dispositivo no responde.Por otra parte la aplicación de manejo del robot también responde fatal. La mayor parte de las veces que intentas interactuar con el robot hay que insistir porque los errores de "Network request timeout" son constantes, como si su servidores estuvieran saturados, con lo que cualquier tarea, desde la edición de un mapa hasta algo rutinario como una simple orden de pausa o reanudación, se convierte en un escollo.Resulta inconcebible en un robot de esta gama, con el que si el servidor no responde es casi como si no tuvieras aspirador.Es una lástima porque por lo demás el aparato en sí hasta ahora cumple con lo que se espera de él. Lo devuelvo por esos motivos.

Writing this review after using this for more than 6 months.First of all, it's very expensive for the value it provides. Fancy features/sensors doesn't really work the way it was advertised. It does fair amount of job for vaccum (but not great), for mopping it's not useful/worth. Spending money for just vaccum doesn't really justify, there are other options in market which can do a better job.Accessories are expensive and they are very delicate. Mopping tray clips holding robot are broken in short time and they doesn't cover under warranty as per Cambium Retail Private Limited ( only vendor in India). I was told that sales team will contact me but no response from anyone. Support needs to be quick and improved. Providing freebies for writing positive comments won't help. I don't see this part anywhere online or store. I'm helpless with the situation. I would not really suggest this product.
