I used to buy another brand of cooling spray for my hot flashes but it costs twice as much for half as much product. Instead, I decided to try this brand. I've tried both the unscented and peppermint but neither helps with bringing down my body temperature. I decided to add a bunch of high quality peppermint essential oils to them and now they are effective for my severe hot flashes (though you can't spray it on your face of course). The only problem is that the last bottle I bought, unscented, was much darker blue in color and actually turned my skin blue after several applications. It comes off when I wash for the most part but it's certainly not desirable. I just ordered another bottle though because it's the most cost effective, natural, spray type product I can use for receiving my hot flashes. Hopefully I won't be turned into a Smurf by the dye again haha.

Before I moved to Miami, I lived in Washington, DC and before that, I was a child of the deep South. Heat and humidity have followed me everywhere I have ever lived. You put your make-up on, then immediately go for the Tropical Waters. Pump a few spritzes on your face, and all around your head and shoulders and your make-up stays with you all day. Tropical Waters is light and fresh. It dries instantly and leaves absolutely no residue. Your face feels perfectly natural, and your make-up doesn't run!Even though it is not marketed as a hair product, having naturally curly, frizzy hair, I try EVERYTHING on my hair to keep the frizz away. One day, I decided to spray a little Tropical Waters on my hair. And, it WORKS! The product puts just enough "weight" on your hair to prevent that top layer from frizzing out, without looking "crunchy". Voila! Love it!I carry a small, spray bottle in my purse. It is such a refreshing break to hop in your car and cool down with Tropical Waters and carry on with the rest of your day....

UPDATE: Initially I liked this spray and it worked pretty well, but after using for several days I started getting a reddish itchy rash on my face. I wasn’t sure this product was the culprit, so I stopped using this for about a week and my face cleared up. I then tried this product a second time and after a few days my face started getting the same rash. It was definitely this product. I was sad because it was pricey and I actually liked it. I had to change my review from 4 stars to 1 because I just can’t recommend this product.So I live in Texas and today was hot and humid. A perfect day to try this product. I was outside this morning and was pretty hot and a little sweaty when I came in. I cleaned my face and gave my face a good spritz with this product. It was a tad stingy, but I have super sensitive skin. It did cool and fresh. It wasn’t too tacky when it dried and it definitely kept my face cooler and much drier when I went outside later. I thought my face was going to react to the spray, but as it dried it definitely calmed down. It did moisturize. I think this would be good under makeup and as a setting spray. I was a little disappointed in the smell as it was definitely on the sweet side and it lingered all day. That is why it didn’t get 5 stars.. I am not sure what it smelled like, but it wasn’t really a rose smell. The smell also got stronger whenever I got hot, even hours after I used the product. Was it awful? No, but be careful if you wear a perfume. I will definitely try some other fragrances to see if I like them better as I like the product.

I love this product I just spent 10 days in the south , in Myrtle Beach and Georgia and it was hot and very humid but I used this and I was comfortable I had everyone using it by the end, also I use it in my hair when I want those beachy looking waves all I do is shampoo my hair and towel dry it and brush through my hair and the spray this on and scrunch my hair a little and it comes out great every time and takes like 2 min literally . Love it will be buying more .

Just was not impressed with this. I was expecting a nice brisk coolness upon application but that did not happen. This has a great scent so is nice and refreshing but that does not linger and it was over priced for that application. Certainly not for immediate cooking like others I have tried.

Bought this for hot flashes and I really like it. Not life changing but it is very refreshing and I love the scent so it helps for sure. I live in a hot climate so I'll likely use this a lot this summer

Its ok but you have to carry it with you all the time so you can mist your self when having hot flash

Missing the Peppermint. I could not smell any peppermint. I added peppermint oil to the bottle. I suffer with nerve pain on my face and hand. It does soothe the skin.
