I've used the cushion for about a month and it's really made my gaming chair much more comfortable for long periods of sitting. I've had various back problems in the past and, so far, this cushion has worked very well for minimizing any back discomfort.

I found this product to provide good back support. It makes sitting in my desk chair for hours much more pleasant and endurable.

I ordered the seat cushion and this back support to use together for a very uncomfortable office chair.What I like:It's supportive to my back.Helps me retain my posture when working.Has a strap to hold it to the chair (see below).It pretty much fits the small chair I am usingWorks well with the seat cushion.The quality is good.Helps with back pain.What I don't like:It is not pleasing to look at - since I have to look at it every day, I wish I could cover it up with something else - bleh.The strap only tightens so far so if you have a small chair it won't stay put so I'm constantly adjusting it - it won't ever be tight enough to keep it where I want it. If I'm sitting against it, it'll pretty much stay but it's not completely ideal.The seat cushion was packed in a box but this came just in some plastic and that made me worry Amazon did it's thing of sending returned items as new - it looked new and didn't have any odor to it, but still that trust with Amazon isn't there any longer.I wish they had a 'set' price for the seat cushion and back cushion but they didn't for these two items I ordered.Super fast shipping (I do have Prime).Overall, I am happy with my order. The seat and this back cushion saved me from having to buy a new office chair.

At first, this lumbar cushion seemed to hard, and my back was too sensitive to lean back against it. But, I've been having sciatic-like nerve pain from my tailbone and heel pain. I gave the cushion another try, this time on a dining chair and then in my car. I'm a lot more comfortable using it in both seats now. It helps push me forward so that my legs aren't feeling pressure from the seat cushion below. I only have one of these and gladly move it as I go about my day, sitting at the table, in my recliner, and in my car. It's shape gives nice support now without feeling so rigid. I like how my back fits into the wings and hollowed out area.

This fits my Hon Ignition office chair well and increased the amount of time I can work in it comfortably. It does get quite warm, but you may get used to it The removable cover is a nice feature so the back sweaters of the world can wash it as needed

I needed a new lumbar cushion for when I use my exercise pedals. I have a device that lets me pedal while I sit in a normal dining room or desk chair, but it is murder on the tailbone without a cushion. I had one I liked, but a family member got hurt at work and mine had to be moved to their chair. My first impulse was to buy another one just like the ones that I have and love, but I saw a Lightning Deal featuring this cushion that was said to be superior. It was the biggest; it was the best. I thought it was probably true, because the price, before the Black Friday sales discount, was higher than my usual one. Great! I want the best. Let's do it.But then it arrived, and I felt as if I'd been had. In fact I would have just returned it, but someone else in the family was willing to swap me. You can see the photograph; my old one is in the foreground, or depending on the photo's orientation, on the right. The new one is behind/on the left. There's not a whole lot of protection for the tailbone, and anyone that is not thin will find that their butt extends over the sides. The one claim they can make for this thing is that it is longer, front to back, which might be useful for someone that is tall and needs more support there. It doesn't work for me, that's for sure. Doesn't work for person #2 here; person #3, who is not tall but also has a fairly thin butt, said, "It's okay. It's not too bad."On the whole, I can't really recommend it. The other cushion in the photograph, made by a different manufacturer, is still available for sale here, and has a lower price. Seems like a no brainer to me.

This is an amazingly effective and supportive cushion. I was relegated to sitting with my feet up after a broken knee. For three months when I couldn’t walk, this pillow prevented me from getting back pain or any trouble. Even after I was able to start walking, I continued to use it, and it became essential to an afternoon nap – – I added another pillow on top for my head. Instead of cushioning the lumbar region, it provides most support to the back on either side of the spine, which is much better!

The strap holds the cushion securely in position to my office chair. It is comfortable and provides great support for my back.I would recommend it.
