Do not buy from hamleys or you will receive a random toy and not the toy advertised
I ordered Alice angel from hamleys for my son for chistmas who has autism and owns all the other bendy characters. Instead of Alice, bendy arrived and only 8 days untill christmas. When i contacted hamleys the reply was that the characters are randomly picked and cant be chosen. But when I bought the character I thought I was buying Alice angel as listed.. to say I am fuming is an understatement and I have had no solution proposed from hamleys whatsoever

Misleading customersGiven the option, clicked Alice angelAnother character arrived and I was told it was my confusion.How it was my confusion when I was given the option of which one I wanted I don’t knowBeing given refund but total waste of time, only to be blamed for the mistake myself when this is their misleading advertising

Defective
Unfortunately the arm came off within minutes of opening. The plastic on the arm hinge is soft and bent so impossible to connect strongly again.

Not suitable for young children to play with as a toy
Ended up returning immediately due to arms and legs breaking off extreamly easily

Good for Bendy fans
Poor Alice broke in the middle (although younger child may have been heavy handed).Oldest son is pleased with it and completed his collection
