Good quality of sound and beautiful design with comfortable remote. Work with Android and iPhone, very good price.

While sound quality was good for the price paid, product didn’t lasted, battery stopped taking charge after a month! Not sure if there was specific issue with the unit or general issue with this model. Now I am struggling to get redressal! Better avoid this product.

This product is a non nonsense choice for an average joe, the audiophiles may walk past this product. The battery back up is what surprised me. Sound quality especially if you are using an iPhone is crisp. If you are an iPhone user and yo want a basic pair of headset to get started without loosing on the features of a W1 chip then look no further.

An amazing battery life, little bit not enough for bass when listening music, but maybe I didn’t install proper sounds on my phone. Purchased two more as a gifts.

Compatible with iPhone. Sound quality is not good as expected, pairing with iPhone producing almost similar sound quality like Lenovo’s basic neckband. Sound quality in windows OS installed computer with dolby access enabled system producing nice sound response. I’m getting Battery backup around 4-5 hours. If you are a music lover and looking for good TWS compatible with iPhone then it’s better to go with “moondrop space travel” TWS. Sound quality is awesome with this same price range.

AMAZING earphones! The design is incredible and the sound is crystal clear. I wear these at work and can hop onto a Teams call in an instant. They have all day battery life, the classic Beats sound and introduce a new element into the Beats line. Look, I have always been a huge Beats fan and this is a great addition to my collection. To be honest, I use these in my profession far more than my headphones or more pricey earphones as they are impossible to misplace. Invest in a pair of these! 10/10 - Would recommend!

Really excellent sound, quick charging, and great strong magnets to keep flex cords around the neck (lost similar earphones previously due to magnets not really working well). Next day Amazon delivery was super!!

Very nice and legit

Hi - my first pair of Beats Flex lasted nearly 2 years x very good. My replacement set unfortunately lasted 3 weeks and was returned to Amazon. I hope to receive my new set soon. Thanks Hi - today is 16/9/25 and after 3 weeks of struggling with my replacement set of Beats Flex I now sit with the same problems (intermittent working, does not switch on and struggling with charging). How do we resolve this as it seems that there is a consistent fault. Please advise next steps.
