Gr RossierMoonwatch Only: The Ultimate Omega Speedmaster Guide

Essential Speedy Reference
Every bit as good as previous reviews and Forum discussions have indicated, (but why is it so very heavy?)Structuring of the information and great illustrations enable a clear understanding of the iterations and all the fine detail that's involved. This is major achievement given the period of time covered and the huge variety of variations and development. Only problem: I did think I'd got as many Speedies as I 'need' and would not indulge in pursuing a pre-Moon, but my first session browsing Moonwatch Only immediately changed all that!

Every conceivable piece of Moonwatch information.
Having recently become a proud Moonwatch owner, I decided to delve a bit further into the watch's history than exists online by purchasing this. It's fair to say that it provides a LOT more than just the history - in fact, over 200 of its 562 pages are devoted to detailing every single part of the watch itself, from its caliber to its bracelet, and every single standard production model sold over the past 60 years. The book goes into greater depth with each of its different limited edition models and the story behind the (formerly) top-secret 'Alaska Project,' and for me this is where its main strengths lie.

Fantastic Reference Book
This is a very useful reference book for my Omega Speedmaster Professional which I purchased in a junk shop in 1969.
