Not enough instructions.
My daughter was very excited to have this and can't wait to share it with her friends. Shame the quality of the items doesn't fit in properly, it's hard to screw it. My daughter can't follow the instructions because it wasn't enough to show how to saw it. It's not suitable for the beginning. They should show it properly how to saw it in a booklet not just only 4 pictures. Send it back.

Poor presentation
I brought this as part if a present the item themselves look ok however the packaging and presentation is very poor. Very disappointed

Poor quality
Dreadful. The needles are so tiny you cannot thread , the cheap plastic holder doesn’t hold the cloth and it constantly slips out so you end up holding it with one hand . Just cheap and a waste of money.
