To power USB Card
I added a USB card to my PC that requires a 4 pin female molex to power the USB card, this cable did the trick easily connected to the DVD/CD player and split to the USB card. Excellent and Cheap

Worked like a champ
I could not find helpful information on which splitter to get for my PC. I added a new USB card which required it's own power supply. This one did the trick. It's great!
