Speedball SCREEN INK OPQ FAB 8OZ BLK PRL

We used two bottles and covered about 100 shirts. Most had a bigger design on front that those pictured. I led this as a craft for American Heritage Girls. With 75 girls, many of them young, there was quite a bit more used than I expected but I could have probably done 150-200 with the two bottles myself. The design showed up quite nicely though and has held up through washings.

I bought this ink with hopes that it would be a darker opaque result. The ink is water-based and sets well on your standard Gildan cotton tees. The result is a darker silver metallic but definitely more silver than black. It's still a great ink to work with and sets fairly easily with heat or a dryer.

The picture was misleading, showed 3 different colors so the wife thought it was all 3. However it is listed in the title which we both missed. She says the ink is on parts with all other Speedball inks though.

For people new to screen printing, be sure to get the opaque ink for dark fabrics. While attempting to make a shirt I learned the hard way that you have to use opaque ink on a black t-shirt. Once I did this, my shirts were awesome!!! This brand and color was great and I definitely recommend.
