Good facial exercise program
I own at least 4 other facial exercise programs and have dabbled in all of them at various times in the past 15 years (I am 47). However Carol's is by far the easiest to work into your life as a "routine". It's only 8 minutes- or less if I focus, and once I got used to the positions and began to feel what it is I SHOULD be feeling (this takes a while) I was amazed at how much I liked it. I do the exercises throughout the day while I drive or have a spare moment somewhere- I have been doing them religiously for 90 days and have seen really excellent results. By this, I specifically mean - my droopy eyes have opened, tightened and lifted. Really. My cheeks have filled out from building muscle, my lips are fuller and the whole lower face area is altogether less "jowly". My forehead is smoother and more lifted. This is not rocket science. My face did not look a whole lot better for about 3 weeks. In fact it looked worse. It was very hard to notice any results for about a month because my facial muscles were TEENY WEENY, underexercised and were slow to respond. I was sort of shocked at how "out of shape" my face felt. But really, this is true for nearly any part of your body that you want to improve. Try getting an amazing body in 8 minutes a day with holding a muscle for 30 seconds, guess what!? It's going to take a bit! So anyone who is disappointed with this program may not be giving it its due time to work.Other programs are MUCH more complicated and time consuming and I have found that I start up with great gusto, don't see great results and can't find the 30 minutes a day anywhere to do the exercises. Then I give up. This program does not rely upon a lot of manipulating the muscles with your hands- there is no sticking your fingers in your mouth and pulling the muscles while retracting in the opposite direction. That method does work, but if you are a busy person likely you won't do it daily. Carole's program, for this reason alone is my favorite. If you want to supplement, try Eva Frasier's program- there are good exercises and she also makes it easy to do a daily 6 minute run through and over time you will definitely get results. Remember, it's most important to do SOMETHING daily and watch the results begin to appear as your muscles build. Your face will fill out, your eyes WILL lift and open, just keep doing it.

this really works!
This also comes in a book, which I purchased and ended up sending back because it was to hard to figure out what she is trying to get you to do just from looking at the pictures. You definitely need the DVD. What this does is it tones up the muscles in the face and neck. Just like your abs or arms have muscles that can get saggy, so does your face, so this helps tone up the facial muscles, it can help get rid of the saggy chin and help lift the eyes and the corners of the mouth. This comes with 2 DVD's as well as an audio cd. the 1st DVD that you start with goes into great detail about each exercise to make sure that you are doing them properly after you do that several times and you learn how to do the exercises the right way then you move onto the 2nd DVD which is the same thing but much shorter, it doesn't have all of the instruction, you just quickly move through the exercises and only takes about 15 minutes. The audio cd is just the audio version of the 2nd dvd so that you can listen to it on the go and do your exercises in the car. So this is a great way to multitask and keep your face in shape. lol

This absolutely works on sagging face muscles
I have done these exercises for the last 20 years. I am 75 and no one believes I am a day over 50. These exercises WORK. You need to be patient, learn to feel the muscles you are exercising. The fastest change will be in your jaw line. If you read plastic surgery reviews of older celebrities, they all say, the first thing to look at is the jawline. If you are 55+ it softens and then sags. So just start with the jaw and neck exercises.Master them and in 6 weeks people will be saying-WOW what have you been doing-you look so much younger. Collagen and muscle toning are what support your skin. No amount of expensive creams can do this. It takes EXERCISE!

It really works!!
I am a makeup artist based in Los Angeles. I am always searching for non-invasive anti-aging treatments for my clients to help them look and feel better. Several people in the industry told me about Facercise and how much it had changed their clients faces. I tried the technique myself for one month and was amazed at the changes in my face. My entire face has a more lifted and toned appearance. My skin has a smoother and firmer appearance. My cheeks are higher and fuller and my Nasal Labial line is gone. My face has always had been a bit narrow, but now my face is fuller. Even my lips are more sexy and that happened quickly. This technique WORKS!!!!

Don't buy it.
The video is poorly organized and most moves are extremely weird. The exercises shown are counter common-sense. Some advice is irrelevant such as a facial. I saw her facercise before which was very good but not this newer DVD. Perhaps finding her older version in the 90's may work. Very disappointed. I don't recommend this DVD to anyone.Grace

Needs Improvement
I have the DVD version and the streaming version but there is no menu that gives a list of the specific exercise for each area of the face like the DVD version does. I have to fast forward to the part that looks like it is the one I need. If you don't have the DVD version you will be confused about where each exercise starts.
