El producto es bueno así como la calidad pero estos son los terceros que he comprado en Amazon y tres veces los he devuelto por error en la talla y una con error en el color aunque estos no los devolví.

Very hanndsome shoe, looks well- made , but ..
why is the left shoe bigger than the right ? My left foot is a half-size bigger than my right, yet when seated I can insert my left index finger between the back of my heel and the inside rear of the left shoe, but not so with the right shoe.This gap explains why the left heel tends to slide up and outward when walking.They're a 10.5M, made in Mexico, a better fit than the Vietnam-made Florsheim equivalent, but not keepers. That's a shame because they DO look good. The soles, tip-to-tip, measure 11-13/16" LEFT shoe, exactly 12" RIGHT shoe. Huh ? Sounds nuts, but the tape measure doesn't lie. Something went awry when soles and uppers got joined.I ordered another pair, just in case it was a random case of poor fit. The 2nd pair gave a significantly better fit, but 2 pressure points on the left foot made me pass.The interiors aren't lined, feel a bit rough with dress socks on. Too bad, 'cause construction is solid and they look really good.

The shoe is good quality and well made.
The shoes are just what my husband wanted. Unfortunately, the sizing was a little off. Although we ordered the size he generally wears they were too tight. I contacted the company repeatedly to request a return receipt as I am not able to print one due to printer issues. I asked if we could return the shoes and get a replacement pair a half size larger. I heard nothing from the company for weeks. After repeated attempts, I got a message stating the return label would be sent within 24 hours. That didn’t happen. Two more weeks went by and I finally sent another message to the company requesting the return label and a larger replacement pair of shoes. They sent me a return label for me to print out after I had already stated I was unable to print. Their representative stated I had to return the shoes for a credit and reorder as they don’t do exchanges. We found a shoe repair shop willing to stretch the shoes. The shoes are very nice and well-made but the customer service leaves something to be desired. I doubt we will order products from this company again.
