Band is very light resistance but like the bar pad.

I believe I ordered the pink set because it was cheaper but received the black. Doesn't bother me though, I like both. I hqvebt used these yet as it was delivered today but I'll update if anything significant happens upon use.Seem to be good quality. Trying the resistance band on, it's very taut. There is a bit of stretch but it seems like there is point where it will not stretch further than. It doesn't slide, very thick. Almost feels like sweater material. I have been using the Goodlife brand resistance bands, (light, medium, heavy) and this is definitely less stretch and more resistance than the heavy Goodlife one. My worry is that it won't be stretchy enough.The ankle straps feel good quality and im excited to use them because they feel very comfortable. Lots of cushioning and easy to fasten.As for the barbell cushion, it also looks good quality and feels thick enough yet soft enough. The indent in the middle is soft for the neck. Seems like it would fit any typical barbell.Happy for this purchase although I do feel it was overpriced.

This thing is perfect for the gym! Especially after covid I wanted to get my own stuff that I just had and could carry around at the gym and always use when I went to a squat rack! It's pink and perfect. Highly recommend

I have been really trying hard to grow my glutes and this seemed like the best little bundle ever. And I am not completely disappointed. I really like the ankle clips for the cable machine and of course everyone needs a resistance band. Now lets talk about the pad. Very squishy and comfortable for squats, not so much for hip thrusts. That really is my only disappointment is that to me it is too thick to use for hip thrusts but maybe I am doing them wrong. Overall, I would recommend this product!

The overall set features quite a few items, which is a great bonus for the price. My main purpose of purchasing was for the barbell pad. I’ve used it now for several months for a range of activities but mainly the barbell squat and the hip thrust. The problem is it doesn’t secure tight enough so just rolls around on the bar. I’ll get the bar snug in place then suddenly the pad will roll and not only upset the balance of the bar but also slip off the padding the bar is resting on my shoulders or legs, defeating the purpose of using the padding. Several times it has slipped mid move which has made for dangerous moments and some nasty bruising when the bar is going from padding to suddenly my bare flesh. The heavier weights I add the worse it slips. It has gone from being a handy tool to downright dangerous to use. It needs to secure so tightly that it does NOT slip or move and especially does not come apart mid move, but sadly it does not secure tightly enough, thus making for an unsafe situation. I will not be using it anymore and will find something of better quality that won’t slip. The rest of the gear hasn’t had any issues yet so I’ll continue to use them, but definitely disappointed since the whole purpose was for the barbell pad.

i promise you, i use every single bit of this entire bundle, the only thing i can say is i have a curl bar, and my handles are apperantly made different for the bar cushion has a hard time fitting properly, but it will work and it is a god send for my squat presses and benches. the other items you will love, the squat tension band- brilliant- its gold and it WORKS MY DUDES<3 all of it seriously, i would not say your wasting money at all if u buy this <3 i featured my small home gym pics for ref<3
