This holds a burger great!!I think it was designed so you don't mess your hand up with sauce etc.But for people who like a burger (Mcdonalds/Burger King) etc. But can only lift one hand to feed themselves this is great.My wife can only use her right arm to lift food to her mouth, and as everybody knows you need 2 hands to hold and eat a burger.Try eating a big Mac with one hand, everything falls out, usually down your clean top.This works well and my wife can eat a burger on her own without me having to hold it for her, win win!!Shes independent and I can eat mine before it gets cold.Oh forgot to say, well made and dishwasher safe as well!!

It is a nice improvement from the mess from eating hamburger. One bit of inconvenience is that you have to be careful by the end of eating there is an accumulation of juice at the bottom of it and we must be careful to not get wet in the end of eating. Good product I would recommend to a friend.
