Great laptop - exactly what I expected
overall feels strong and sturdy. wakes up fast once I place my finger on the fingerprint reader.i had my hesitations regarding the screen reflectivity. but it's fine and not an issue at all.The keyboard is nice and firm, it does not 'sink in' as I have seen in some online reviews.this model has 2 usb-c ports, 1 usb-a, and a headphone jack.

Nice laptop but locks up and shuts down on its own!
Purchased for my daughter heading to college in the fall, nothing but problems since turning it on. Just locks up requiring a hard reboot to recover. If not locking up then the screen will just go black randomly, need to power back on to recover. Followed all instruction from Lenova but no fix. Was concerned about moving her over to Mac book which I have been using for years but she's going over now for sure. complete disappointment not to mention the $900+ Im out

Hinge snapped on its own
I liked this product for a bit, until one day I closed the laptop and the hinge snapped, shattering a corner of the screen and leaving it essentially useless. Tried to contact Lenovo and they will not fix it.

Broken hinge, Lenovo refused to repair and sent it back more broken
Hinge broke. Should be within my one year warranty but Lenovo refuses to repair. When the hinge broke it cracked my glass screen. I sent it to Lenovo for repair and it was like sending it to a black hole. They sent it back even more broken. Never again.

Buen laptop me gusta su funcionalidad, sus colores y la forma fácil de llevar ,pero su mayor debilidad está en el material plástico que tiene entre el teclado y la pantalla ,se parte con facilidad y el arreglo es costoso

Nice product but support is terrible
Just want to start off by saying that I did not buy this laptop via Amazon but want to warn everyone I can. I bought the laptop on 12/24/2020. It worked just great until the end of March when it completely died. Was on the phone with Lenovo support for a few days trying to convince them that the unit was in fact dead. Anyway, the laptop was received by Lenovo's depot repair in Texas on 4/5/2021. The only notification I have received was on 5/5/2021 when I got an email from a 3rd party company stating they had my laptop for repair. It's been silence since. It's now 5/22/2021 and I have no idea as to the status of my laptop. One final note. All parties are blaming Covid for the delay issues. Well that may be partially true I looked at some comments on the Lenovo customer forums and saw similar and even worse repair delays going back to 2017. So it is not all Covid. This is a fundamental staffing issue with the Lenovo support group.
