Dr recommend I try MCT oil and it has helped with my cholesterol and my thyroid levels. Highly recommend. Easy to take soft gels. No weird taste or aftertaste.

Easy to use, great value
I consider this a good alternative to MCT oil in the bottle. There are times when I really don't want to mix the oil with my food or drink it as a shot. These softgels come in very handy. The volume is small (1000 mg) but they still have great benefit and work well, proving you don't need to take a lot of MCT to achieve the benefits.

I started with just taking it 30 minutes before dinner since there's really no instructions on this one as to When to take it. Other's say 30 minutes before meals. I'm planning to increase it to twice a day then 2 twice a day because i do think it has helped a little bit will update
