Nice tasting flavour and certainly helps hydration when out doing activities in the Summer. I've found that I definitely do not need to drink as much water when I am using ORS Hydration tablets but still getting sufficiently hydrated.

It is really less concentrated, we need to use two tablets per serving. But the flavour and taste is really good. Better off buying other brands such as “Noble nature Litchi electrolytes” as it is cheaper and really good in all ways.
