The Oregon Aero BLSS Kit (Ballistic Liner & Suspension System) is designed to upgrade the PASGT Helmet and consists of the time-proven, highly engineered BLU Kit Helmet Pads and a custom-designed Four-Point Chin Strap/Harness and Integrated Nape Pad, offering a complete ballistic helmet upgrade kit. The ballistic liner includes seven flame resistant, shock-absorbing, pain-free helmet pads: one round crown pad, four oval pads and two trapezoid pads. The pads exceed current U.S. Army requirements. The adjustable Four-Point Chin Strap/Harness comes with an Integrated Nape Pad for optimal comfort. The BLSS Kit system design accommodates all PASGT helmets.

Complete kit that is easy to install and improves the fit.
This kit worked well with an older PASGT helmet. It has everything required and didn't need any mods for this particular helmet. The pads fit great and the strap is secure. It made the helmet almost perfect after being almost perfectly UNUSABLE with the original suspension system. Maybe could use a padded chinstrap. Good, concise instructions.

i was in desperate need of a chinstrap and i am an 11B in afghanistan. got it in a week and a half. that is awesome. you might need to do a little modifying but it will fit the ACH.the helmet pads are super comfortable. probably one of the better ones for the price.

So far, excellent
Having worn an old style K-pot for many years, this is a thousand times more comfortable. No more helmet roll when moving. Makes the fit more like a motorcycle helmet, a little warmer also. This was bought as a "Just in case" for the trunk of my patrol car, so I cannot comment on durability or extended (more than 45 minutes) comfort.

Great piece of kit
Kit is as advertised. Was sent the wrong color, but a replacement in the correct color was sent with zero hassle. Can't say enough about how great Gruntgear was in fixing their error. The kit is high quality and was easy to put in. Great price for a great item. Would buy from them again. ++A

My PASGT Kevlar helmet is way better than...
My PASGT Kevlar helmet is way better than the Mitch Kevlar helmet with comfort and more protection. My head sits in further than the regular webbing with the donuts. This system makes this very heavy helmet comfortable and easier to wear.
