Nice and cushy
I have a shock dr mouthguard from 2004 that did the job, but this one is a bit improved. Its definitely cushier and molds much better. Quite happy with it. Only caveat is that it exposes your top lip a bit in contact sports (boxing), but I'm using it for ultimate frisbee and basketball and hits are not expected to the face that often.

Does the job, comfy
Detailed and easy to follow instructions, comfortable (for a mouthpiece), does its job. The detachable strap is convenient for multipurpose use.Tempted to give it a 4 because it still tastes a little funny like any mouthpiece does, but it does everything it claims and does so with a custom fit so I really can't knock it for something that all other mouthpieces suffer from.

all the reviews I read on this mouthguard were good but when I got mine it was too small and didnt fit firmly into my mouth like it is supposed to. It will fall out of place without even moving. Dont buy this product if your looking for a good mouthguard.
