A Must Read. A Great book for new agents, along with agents that are struggling in this career.
"My experience" I have been a firefighter for 23 years, I own 1 rental, very new real estate agent less than a year. This is the book that I have been looking for. I read this book in 2 days because I wanted to get the information as fast as possible so I can start this career off right. As a new agent that has no experience at being an agent, I need all the help I can get. The information presented in this book really laid out what I should be doing first to get my business going. This book is an easy read with a ton of information, so much information that I stopped writing notes and just started marking pages in the book that I will come back and reference. This is not an all-inclusive book but it will definitely start you in the right direction or help you change the direction that you are currently on. It will also give you many steps and systems to work on to become the best agent you can become. I know I will be recommending this book to any new agent or any agent that wants to move their career to a higher level. I believe this book should be required reading for anyone wanting to become an agent. I have plenty to work on but I look forward to David Green’s next book and hope it comes out soon.

A Must Read for Everyone - Not Just Agents
This book is amazing. It is very timely and relevant. David gives such great, actionable steps to take as a new or seasoned agent. This book is invaluable for anyone who is taking their real estate career seriously, and wants to run it as a true business. Even those who are not in real estate as an agent should read this book. It has useful information for real estate investors as well. David provides a framework for implementing systems to help agents succeed in their business. There is no other book like this on the market for agents. David is speaking to today's agent. He gives information that is applicable to today's technological world that we live in combined with the tried and true methods for lead generation and follow up that has remained true throughout time.

Easy read, highly recommended for agents.
This book should be included with all Real Estate Schools. Our Real Estate system lacks training and David Greene delivers it in a direct, non threathening manner.

Well-written book for those new to the residential real estate trade
Authored by a leading California realtor, the book provides a clear introduction about how to succeed when first starting as an agent. There are no surprising pieces of advice, just the conventional wisdom of focusing on clients and getting leads to make as much money as possible. What the book doesn't cover is the "how" of becoming a true expert in what matters to clients, namely knowing the ins and outs of construction, inspections, finance, etc. that most realtors don't know much about. Rather than spending the time and energy learning the technical details, the author suggests finding experts who know the answers to clients' questions (probably realistic advice given most agents' obsession with sales, rather than knowing).

Helpful and informative for new agents
Absolutely loved it! Great book with great tips and industry knowledge for new agents. David covers everything from switching from a “9 to 5” mindset to an entrepreneur mindset, to properly running open houses, lead generation strategies, and more. Bought it and read it twice before getting my license and I’m so glad I did! Everything in this book helped kickstart my business tremendously!

Very thorough and easy to read!
I picked up a copy of SOLD because I am currently in the process of buying my first property. Although I am not an agent this book walks you step by step about the buying process. It even touches on mindset. I am more confident in my journey as a prospective home owner, and I am able to ask important questions to my agent that Otherwise I would have never thought of asking. This book has encouraged me to become a proactive member of my team, working alongside my agent and lender to act as quickly and effectively as possible to submit strong offers and eventually get one accepted.

Parece que es buen libro
Hasta ahora llego leyendo algunos capítulos, me hubiera gustado leerlo al empezar mi carrera comoVendedor en bienes raíces, pero es bastante buena idea tomar algunos puntos que a veces dejas de lado

Absolute necessity for any new Realtor
I downloaded this book on audible and only got halfway through the book before I ordered 4 physical copies of the book. As a managing broker for a real estate company, all new agents will get a copy of this book when they start at my brokerage. I wish I had this book when I first became a realtor. I would have done a better job, got more business and enjoyed the job more from day one.If you're considering becoming a realtor this book is also a great way to get an idea of what's involved.Worth every penny.I just wish David Greene narrated the audio version!

Sound, Practical Advice
I became a licensed realtor 7 months ago and was thrilled when I heard on Bigger Pockets that David Greene had written this book. I'd already read his Long Distance Real Estate Investing and felt that his advice on the Bigger Pockets podcast was always practical and easy to understand. I ordered the book right away and was not disappointed. The only negative is that Books 2 & 3 aren't out yet :).

Great Book
Even for a seasoned Realtor (19 years in the business)... it is great to get back to the roots of what works.
