Design & durability:Nice looking stools and for the price they are ok, you get what you pay for. I don’t think these will last years but maybe 2-3 this is due to concern about cushion pad as most people lift a stool by the outside of the round cushion BUT there is loose movement in the centre of cushion so it feel like you lifting the stool by the material of the cushion not the whole cushion together attached as one component. The way round it is to make sure you place hands right underneath cushion so fingertips touch near centre pole and then move stool I would think this will prolong stool life.Comfort:I’m 5ft 6, average leg length and while on the lowest setting my feet touch the floor (ball of foot area) my heals are slightly off the floor needing to use the footrest but I find the foot rest not very comfortable for me as my knee doesn’t like being bent (arthritis) otherwise it would be fine if no knee issues. For me it could have lowered just a little more negating the use of footrest but mostly the height level is fine highest or lowest.Cushion pad medium in hardness but ok. Covering is a bit cheap would have preferred Leather and would have paid for extra little details but couldn’t find anything else in stock that was suitable.On average this is a good 2nd choice but most stools with the added details are around £150 each .. so that’s the difference. I would but again IF I still couldn’t get the stools I wanted originally.

When we had our kitchen refurbished, we bought two bar stools which we really liked. Our three grandkids all wanted one, when they come round, so we decided to get another. Our original ones were no longer available so we bought this. It does the job well enough, but the seat is a little too firm for my liking. That's just a minor gripe though, so I'm happy to recommend.

Good stool for the garage or shed but a couple of stars off as it doesn't sit horizontal when doing 360 degree's for the price. For the money I would expect this to be better but it fits together very easily and there's not much you can do wrong so the sight wobble is in the design. Not an issue for my use and the seat is comfortable even in a cold workshop it doesn't seem to hold the cold. Adjusts high and is stable up there and can go quite low too.

The gas cylinder is already failing and the stool is sinking down. I would have tried the old "put a plastic pipe to hold it in place" trick but the stool can't be taken apart. Sadly it is designed in a way that causes the metal parts to lock into place, don't bother looking at tutorials on how to take these stools apart. Once you've sat on it the metal bends further causing it to be stuck, no amount of banging will make the gas canister come off, etc.Buy cheap, buy twice.

I purchased this for my kitchen in order fir me to be able to sit for some tasks. It’s easily movable, the adjustable height is good so it does the job well. It looks nice, feels well made and is comfy to sit or lean on.
