Adulteration
It's my Third bottle with This variant Lychee.I've bought this product, since 2month now. This Lychee variant which I bought priced me 265/- with subscription. For this value, it is worth.Previously I've used Dadev, Indigenous, Bonphool, West Bengal forest honey. As per now, If you want a Raw Honey then go with Bonphool, it's raw unfiltered. There's you came with some smell in that. Which is the authenticity of that product. From Keynote, I've used Kishtwar acacia, Lychee, Sheesham, Eucalyptus.Lychee and the eucalyptus variant isn't came with NMR tested and both Honey came with some adulteration, you will notice that fact.

Superb Honey
This honey tastes freaking amazing. Tastes caramelly sweet and fruity, (but not insanely sweet), and there is no weird after-taste. Hands down, this is the best honey I have consumed till now.It also smells like proper real honey. The consistency is medium, neither too runny, nor too sticky. The only demerit is that there was a bit of spillage in the packaging, which took a while to clean up. So, I would suggest that the packaging be improved so that there is no spillage. This apart, I am really happy with my purchase.

Not Worthy
I've bought this product, since 1month now. This sheesham variant which I bought priced me 265/- with subscription. For this value, it is worth. But, now the product priced 495/- which is 200bucks more. And now it's not worthy. It's the companies policy.😂And I'm not buying this product with 495/-Previously I've used Dadev, Indigenous, Bonphool, West Bengal forest honey.

Worth giving a try.
It is my first time trying this honey brand after an intensive research on Amazon. Earlier, I tried raw honey from Western ghats, Kerela. Their honey was a bit dark brown and was of thin consistency. I decided to try honey from a different region. Keynote's raw honey is procured from J&K as mentioned by them. Bees are mainly exposed to Saffron, acracia and mustard flora.Firstly, their packaging was good. The glass jar was secure in a cardboard box. Overall presentation showed their sincerity.Coming to the most important thing, the quality and texture of honey. As shown in the pictures, it has light brown hue. Consistency was quite dense as compared to earlier raw honey I tried. It's really difficult to tell which honey is pure these days. There are so many factors when it comes to raw honey. Kerela raw honey had a bitter astringent taste however Keynote's honey tasted different. It was sweet which I really liked but also had other flavours which are hard to describe. Since I had different experiences from two different regions so I can't tell which honey is better or which is pure. But I do know RAW Honey's taste and consistency depends on flora collection and on various factors like the weather and temperature. It did tasted pure as the flavour was complex. Not overly sweet. tasted better than honey from Western ghats. I will give it a try one more time.
