I accidentally deleted the app and now can't find in Google Play store. Does it no longer exist?

Actron, now owned by Bosch, has discontinued the CP9600 and is no longer supporting it. The android app has been removed from the google play store.

No, the CP9600 only works with the U-Scan app.
