Dry to the point of being hard. I've purchased similar products so I know what flavor and texture to expect when fresh.

Supposed to be soft chew was not
These are hard as rocks and cannot eat. Box was open and i think half was gone. Would like a refund if possible. Thank you.

Doesn't have a fudge consistency. More like a nougat or a caramel.
