I am an African American with long locs. This stuff is the best. My locs are healthy and it covers my grays. I have been on auto subscription for years.

Firstly, ensure you wear gloves before you use this. If you don't it will stain your hands, and not come off for a long time! I normally use pure Henna + Indigo, but it is a long process and the results aren't as good. It does not leave make your hair pitch/jet black like this product does. I also like that it is a quick application (only had to keep it on for 10 mins).It is important to note that this is not chemical free. It does have some chemicals in additional to the natural ingredients. Make sure you also do a test on your skin 48 hours before you use it, as it seems some people have bad reactions. Overall, it worked well for me.

I love this product, it is not pure henna, but it works very well, I love the color, how quickly I can apply it, and the quick result, my hair now has a beautiful shine and is very soft, it works well with gray hair, But in my case with gray hair it only lasts 1 week and I can see approximately 2 mm of the roots, however it was so easy to apply that I will not buy shampoo-type dyeing products again. It is important to note that it does not stain my clothes, or my blankets and pillows unlike other products.

This stuff is "Tha Stuff"!! Mud Gold I call it. 15min after Prime Drop off, I was mixing. I bought 2 boxes. 6 packs each. Small package of contents but Power packed. You don't get gloves or mixing bowl but a small weak application brush. Just grab any old empty small container and a plastic spoon or knife and mix with only water and get that muddy consistency to ur liking and mix it well. Put on disposable gloves and mix away. To apply you can use Vaseline or a thick oil based perimeter protectant to deter unwanted stains. I just used an old washcloth and wiped my perimeters and especially ears so no stain would stick right after application. I had no problems. It wont be messy if you dont make it messy. Also use gloves to rinse hair. I had a lot of gray hair. No dyes has ever covered my grays. Ever!! But this Mud gold is "Tha Bomb". Although I used 2 packs. I really only needed 1. I could not find 1 strand of gray on my head. And 5 minutes is all you need, but I did 10 for good measure. Ur hair feels ruff afterwards, but a good conditioner will make up for it. No harm No foul. I'll never use anything else. Wen I'm hooked, I'm hooked.
