I’ve been using this pot for months now. You can tell that it’s a quality product just from picking it up and looking at it. It’s got a good solid weight and distributes heat evenly. Whatever the price is I can say that it’s worth every penny.

The pot is same kind product of other, the cost performance is good. Same as other's slow heating, but due to bottum aluminum mass or may be low coupling coefficient with magnetic field. Once heated, it is good heating power. Handle wellding seems are not clean compared to other 4 time expencive one. Others merits: light weight, rivet free, elegant, cool handle and easy clean without excess side wall heating. I don't like to have any made in C type or commercial grade pot any more.

I burned up the wife's favorite rice cooking pot, Thought i would never hear the end of how it was a good pot with a thick bottom, will not be able to find another....on and on, Amazon has saved the day with this one! Peace has returned to the Cactus Jack household.

Julia always said to use a heavy metal bottomed pan for your cream sauces so they don't turn grey. Learn from experience! This is pan into quality! Definitely an investment in my kitchen for thousands of uses to come.
