i have 255/60R15 BFG 's on my 66 chevelle now with a snug fit, so this tire should fit as well since the tire size numbers are the same, correct?

I would think so as like you said y They are the same sizes as yours now. I have a 65 Malibu and they fit on it. Given I believe these were the largest I could go myself on my 65 and they fit snug too but they do fit.

As always, Mickey Thompson rules them all. I have these mounted on 15x8 Vision 521 Nitro wheels on my "87 Buick GN. Numerous fellow Turbo Buick owners recommended this exact tire for a true street tire. All of them have reported excellent results. I am here to say, they flat out work. These are my first set of MT drag radials, as I have religiously purchased their bias ply tires, both slicks and DOT ET Streets for over 30 years on previous cars.
