This is a really delicious alternative to regular tomato salsa. I particularly like the chunks of white beans that I find in there. I dipped pita chips in this salsa and it was perfect.One thing that I really like about this Tuscan flavor is that I can taste the Balsamic Vinegar. I really love it. This is my favorite of all the flavors. Most often I eat this on pita chips, simply because that is most convenient as a snack. I intend to try it on lunch wraps soon.Another thing I really love is the consistency. I would have originally thought that a sweet potato salsa would either be super hard/chunky or pasty. It is neither, it is just right.

Who knew the homely sweet potato could be so sophisticated! Really impressive. And what a relief to look at a label and see only straightforward ingredients, with no peculiar chemicals - it feels healthy just to read, and then you get to eat all that good stuff!Since I prefer next to no spice, this is hotter than I would wish, but I still wolfed down three crackers'full immediately on opening the jar - and I recognize that to a true salsa-eater, this is pretty mild.

I've really been enjoying this Tuscan salsa. Must say, it is the first sweet potato salsa I'd even heard of, so kudos for creativity as well as flavor. I know I like adding roasted red pepper to my hummus or baba ghanush when I make them, so I figured I'd like that flavor in this combination. And yes, I do! A nice but not overpowering amount of basil as well. I'm in an extremely busy working season right now and have little time to prepare meals, but I like to eat well, so I find myself putting this salsa on burgers, scrambled eggs, even in cheese sandwiches. Really good stuff!

This salsa has a very unique flavor, and it's ideal when you're looking for something a little bit unusual. There is no other product on the market that I know of that has sweet potato as its base. For those who aren't so wild about tomatoes, this product would be fantastic. I actually do not prefer to use is as salsa in the typical sense (chips and salsa), but it works out well as a pasta topping. I think it would be very tasty with pita or pita crackers as well.

My kids love sweet potatoes. I love sweet potatoes. I ordered all three salsas to check them out and wow, was I impressed. This is probably our favorite of the bunch. We enjoyed it with corn chips, on our eggs, and with cheese between tortillas! OMG. Very happy and will be ordering this again. I love that basically it's a complete meal, and you can eat it and feel *no* guilt. It's so good for you.

YUMMMY! I am only mad I didn't order the other flavors to compare and contrast. You can taste how good it is for you. This Tuscan one has a bit of a kick that can go from just chips to a added surprise in pasta or rice dishes. Yummy Yammy is right!

I bought this flavor and the Mexican Salsa at the same time. Thought I like them both, I LOVE the Tuscan. They call it Yummy Yammy but this flavor should be Yummy Yummy! And I love how healthy it is. Low in calories, low in carbs, high in flavor.

I ordered the Tuscan Sweet Potato Salsa after trying Yummy Yammy's Moroccan flavor. The Tuscan is packed with flavor and spice. You get beans and peppers in every bite which leaves you feeling pretty full, even though the salsa itself is super light. I'm sure it would be really great on a grilled wrap or even on top of salad. If you like spice (in both the heat and flavor sense) this salsa is definitely for you!
