This is a good elderberry product , pricing is good & I feel that it helps to make my immune system stronger .

At the beginning of the pandemic I started looking for a supplement that had zinc and vitamin C as at the time everyone was saying they would help lessen the symptoms of Covid. I came across this brand and the price was right so I figured I’d give it a shot. It couldn’t hurt and if it kept me alive or lessened the symptoms it would be worth the $. Fast forward a year and a vaccine and I tried to cut costs in a few areas so I stopped the subscription. Less than a week after I ran out I got a stomach virus. Mind you, I had not been sick the entire time I’ve taken them (I’m generally a healthy person otherwise) and am one of the few who have never had the Rona. So I went online and restarted my subscription. About 9 months later I thought I’d cut costs and stop the subscription yet again. Less than a week after I ran out I was sick again, though not the Rona. It may be a crazy coincidence that within a week of stopping these on two different occasions I’ve gotten sick and have not really been sick otherwise, BUT I’m not going to try for a third time. Totally worth the money in my book, I’m a believer.Easy to swallow, no real taste. I take them with my blood pressure meds in the morning so I don’t notice anything.
