These fit great right out of the box, this is my 3rd or 4th pair of Laredo. Each pair has lasted me 8-10 years.I take the toe and heel trim off, as soon as i get them.. It looks good, but im just not into the flash and bling.I give them a good coat of polish, before the 1st trip outside. And with regular polish, they will last a long time.I wear mine to work, in snow, rain and mud, polish them up and theyre ready for church on sunday.

I ordered and it says size 12 but when I got them and wore them 2 hours it was the most uncomfortable boot so I decided to start a return and put the paper and boots,tags etc inside the box I realized the box said 12 EW.. It definitely didn't say extra wide on the description when I purchased. I loves the way they looked but the size purchase was a little bit deceiving.

The first boots I ordered from Laredo came to me used. It was clear the boots were worn by someone else, but I paid for new.The second pair of boots sent to me were size 12 wide, but I ordered size 12 3x extra wide. They were way too narrow and tight. I live in the country an hour away from a place to make the return, so it is no small thing to make repeated returns like this.One would think a company would put more effort into making sure their customers would get what they pay for, especially when they already made an error once. The second error shows me they really don't care. My next boots will be from a different supplier than Laredo.
