Pet Companion Voice Recording and Playback Device, One Size Fits All, Black

HORRIBLE purchase! I bought this item to help with my dog's separation anxiety, but this thing gave me anxiety. After laboring to open the package, I found that in order to install the batteries you need a teeny tiny screwdriver. Who has that just sitting in their house? I know I don't so! This item is either going in the garbage or right back to the seller. They need not even say batteries included if you need special equipment to install the batteries. This was a HUGE waste of money and time.

Tried many times, even had others try, but the recorded message is not clear at all.

Never thought this would really work, but there is a definite difference in my dog's behaviour between when I leave him alone, and when I remember to turn this on before I leave him alone. It's not a perfect solution, but this does exactly what it is supposed to do.

Could the package be harder to open? Cut myself on it. Odd collar attachment, not easy. Recording sounds NOTHING LIKE MY VOICE.

Sounds like you are speaking with a mouth full of marbles. My dog was terrified of it!

No volume control and too much static. It scares my dog instead of calming her. I guess you get what you pay for.

This is such a great product..it straps onto my dogs collar EASILY and leo loves hearing my wifes voice..She is a Flight Attendant and when she is away the only time our pitbull/besengi mix gets to hear her voice is either on the phone or every hour with the Pet Companion!!
