Works well to alleviate tingling and stiffness in sole of feet

Bought this to roll out my arch due to plantar fasciitis. It would have gotten a five, but for me the elevated knobs are a little bit high and pointy. It is a sturdy strong item that seems like it will last a long time.

I have a lot of problems with my feet, hammer toe and foot cramps. I used this in a class at the gym and bought one to use at home. I use it every day and it seems to be helping. Good quality and comes with a nice little bag. Perfect size and pressure.
