How to remove the chocolate from this mold?.

If you temper your chocolate properly and then let it set until it contracts, they should come out with a gentle tap. There are tons of YouTube videos on tempering chocolate and molding.

how do you remove the chocolate from the mold?

First make sure you have tempered your chocolate. Fill the cavities and let the mold sit at room temperature for a while until set. Then put the filled tray in the refrigerator for a few minutes and then turn it upside down and tap the edge on a cookie tray several times and they will fall out a few at a time. If they don't readily pop out return to the refrigerator for a few more minutes. The first time you use the mold rub the inside of the lips cavities with a small bit of melted cocoa butter (use your finger tip) and this will help remove the chocolate lips. You probably won't need to do this again, but it will be ok if you want to do it. The lips turn out very shiny.

Would jello come out of these easily?

The mold is rigid, hard plastic so I don’t think so. I think you’d need a more flexible mold to have jello pop out of it.

Nice detail little cars

Very nice and detail cars but make sure you fill them up properly and tap the mould to ensure any air bubble comes up If the cars don't come out of the mould, put the mould few minutes in the freezer (3-5 minutes), so your chocolate can retract a little bit more and easily unmould.
